Bimber Single Malt London Whisky is a NAS Single Malt whisky from United Kingdom. Bottled in 2021 at 58.4% this bottle will make a fine addition to any United Kingdom Single Malt whisky lover. Please note that this Distillery Bottling is ex-Bourbon cask. It is also worth mentioning that this is uncolored, non-chillfiltered, cask strength, single cask whisky edition of Bimber. This is one of only 257 bottles ever produced. A fact, that makes this edition even more desirable.

Bimber Single Malt London Whisky Belgium Edition Tasting Notes

Nose: Inviting, sweet nose on a cartload of vanilla, petit beurre biscuits, pears, milk chocolate and caramelised wood.

Palate: Great body. Sticks to the teeth. Vanilla and grain cookies come first, followed by guimauve, marshmallows, lime juice and eucalyptus. Quite spicy now with pepper and ginger.

Finish: Cozy long and spicy finish.
