Big, bold, single malt from Caol lla! This expression was initially matured in American oak, before being treated to a finishing period in an Olosoro sherry butt resulting in a tremendous balance of rich peat smoke and unctuous sweet, spiced fruit. In 2021, the cask was cracked open by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. to release a total of 762 bottles for The Cooper's Choice series.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not too smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: Lingering salinity, sweet vanilla with plenty of smoke and ash.
