A rare indie bottling of single malt from the Caperdonich Distillery, which has sadly been closed for a while now. This expression was distilled in August 2000, and aged in a hogshead cask for 20 years, until eventually being bottled by Signatory in April 2021 for the Cask Strength Collection. 216 bottles were produced.

Nose: Softly woodsy with a pinch of smoke, plus zesty citrus and vanilla florals.
Palate: Rum-soaked raisins, white grapes, honeysuckle, drying oak.
Finish: Clove and caraway, balanced by green apple and peach.
