Capreolus Plum Eau de Vie 2022 is a super-premium plum eau-de-vie produced by Capreolus Distillery in the Cotswolds, UK. Hand-crafted with naturally fermented Victoria plums – a heritage variety that was first introduced to the UK in the 1840s.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Hints of cinnamon and almonds.

Finish: Elegant long lasting aftertaste.

Distillery Information

The old lean to greenhouse of my childhood home, constructed of wood and Cotswold stone, was chosen to house first one and then two very special custom built copper stills. A decision to work only with local fruits for our eaux de vie was a simple choice. The quality of the local fruit.
