Chairman's Reserve Rum is distilled in copper pot stills. Rums from various stills are matured for an average of 3 to 4 years. The different rums are then blended and aged for an additional 6 months.

Nose: A prominent aroma of honey characterizes the nose.

Palate: The palate is supple and presents notes of spices and raisins.

Finish: The finish is slightly spicy and extremely supple.

In 1972, Dennery Distillery merged with Geest Distillery to form St. Lucia Distillers. Twenty year later, Laurie Barnard – son of Denis and 'chairman' of St. Lucia Distillers – revolutionised the brand by launching Chairman's Reserve.
