The color is pale yellow with green tinges. The nose is fresh with aromas of citrus fruit and white flowers. When in contact with the air, there are hints of apricot. Beautiful freshness in the mouth with a delicate hint of liquorice and aniseed.

The family-owned Domain of Pierre Gobillard is situated in Hautvillers – home of the famous Monk Dom Perignon. Gervais Gobillard began the family business in 1947 with his son Pierre. For three generations, the Gobillard family persevered in producing quality champagnes from their vineyards. Pierre’s son Herve Gobillard and his wife, Florence are the current proprietors, with their daughter Chloe managing the shop and office. The dominance of Chardonnay in their blend brings this bottle close to the highly prized “Blanc de Blanc Grand Crus Champagne”! The lively effervescence maintains a beautiful stream of fine bubbles in the flute. With an attractive golden-yellow colour, the wine is beautifully clear. The nose is round and mature with aromas of dried fruits and a touch of honey. One can also pick up subtle hints of citrus, lime and spices. Elegant and round, this bottle offers a satisfying spicy and buttered finish! A flute of this delightful champagne serves as an ideal aperitif, and makes a perfect match for fresh seafood, artisanal cheese and sweet desserts!
