Maison Colcombet was created as a result of marriage between businessman Stephanois Colcombet and Burgogne heir Virginie Goubard. Considered in the 1920s as the most important vinyard owner and wine producer in Bourgogne, Maison Colcombet had a significant role in development of the prestigious wine region.
