Nose: Bold aroma of cola, anise, sweet spices and and oak.

Palate: Notes of tropical fruits, vanilla, citrus and candied nuts.

Finish: Touch of ginger and licorice.

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
