Crafted in collaboration with Master Blender Noel Sweeney, this five-year-old triple-cask blend combines grain whiskey and double-distilled malt matured in former bourbon, port, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Nose: Delicate sweet honey and citrus flavours of mandarin oranges and lemons, soft malt, cherries, chocolate and bourbon oiliness.

Palate: Smooth, silky sweet malt, biscuit, sweet Christmas cake, fruits with cherries and walnuts, with a hint of charred oak.

Finish: Long and dry with spice oak and sweet chocolate nuttiness lingering on the pallet.
