Heritage Distilling Dual Barrel Collection is named for its practice of using both new charred oak barrels and "used casks," suggesting to us ex-bourbon barrels. We guess this is a younger styled whiskey.

Nose: Fruity notes of cherries and apricots.
Palate: Floral, honey, vanilla, and caramel accents on the palate.
Finish: Finish brings with it more caramel, spice, and tannins.
