Koch Tobasiche is made with wild agave Tobasiche that is matured 12 years before being harvested. It is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla.

Nose: An aromatic aniseed.

Palate: On the palate, it is sweet with strong notes of anise. Is also has hints of herbs and roots.

Finish: Finishes elegant and smooth.
