An ingenious and mesmerizing creation from the folks at Hacha Bar and Agaveria, here we have the award-winning Mirror Margarita cocktail, with a mezcal twist! This crystal clear serve may look like water, but it packs some serious flavour, thanks to a combo of The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal, Hacha's own sour mix, lime, eucalyptus, and a touch of salt. The herbaceous notes offered by the mezcal add a splendidly smoky twist to this serve.

Mirror Margarita was created by Deano Moncrieffe as the signature serve of award winning agave spirits bar Hacha in London. Deano has worked with luxury Tequila and Mezcal brands for over a decade and is widely respected as an expert in all things agave. His global travels as a Brand Ambassador for such brands as Don Julio and Casamigos have enabled him to taste margaritas from some of the worlds finest bars and inspired him to create one that would become a reimagined and modern version of this iconic cocktail.
