Ninkasi Whisky - Chardonnay Cask | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Ripe nectarine, pear skin, and runny honey.
Palate: Fresh croissant, apricot jam, and cinnamon butter, with salted caramel in tow.
Finish: Woody vanilla, peaches, and dark toffee.
Distillery Information
After the success of the Lyonnaise breweries of the same name, Ninkasi launched into the making of whisky in 2015 following its establishment in 2012 in Tarare (Rhône, France). The Ninkasi distillery currently produces beers, whiskies, vodka (based on organic wheat), brandies and sodas.
