Distillery Information

Ouzo of Plomari Distillery was founded in 1894 by Isidoros Arvanitis in the village of Plomari on the Greek island of Lesbos. The distillery has remained dedicated to traditional copper still distillation, using carefully selected botanicals and time-honored production methods passed down through generations. Renowned for its craftsmanship and authenticity, Ouzo of Plomari has become one of Greece's most iconic spirits, enjoyed both domestically and internationally while continuing to celebrate the country's rich distilling heritage.
