Our trajectory began in 2018 with the emergence of the popularity of peanut-flavored whiskeys. The thought had occurred that a commercially available peanut butter rum should also be introduced to the spirit world. After a lengthy and exhaustive search, it was clear that peanut butter rum did not exist beyond boutique-level offerings. Peanut butter is made with roasted peanuts emulsified with extracts of sugar cane, molasses, or agave. Rum is a distillate of sugar cane, molasses, or agave. It was a natural fit!
