The folks over at Pocketful of Stones Distillery in Penzance are certainly avid fans, as they distilled this Dandelion & Burdock Gin! Among other botanicals, North Country dandelion bloom and wild foraged burdock take centre stage for a bittersweet, earthy expression. Should make an interesting twist on a Martini.
