This gin is handcrafted in a copper pot still and named for the notoriously treacherous Chilkoot Pass, where adventurers faced danger to cross the border into Alaska. The distillery was built on the historic location of a salmon saltery. The resulting gin is dry, with a strong juniper flavor. The use of a pot still rather than a column still means the flavors are bolder and more complex.
