Red Line 'Honey Cask Finish' Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey

Red Line Whiskey Co. starts it's process by filling empty Red Line Bourbon barrels with local wildflower honey and allowing it to age in order to produce a Barrel-Aged Honey, some of the finest nectar around. Once the Honey Aging process is complete, they take the "honey barrels" and fill them with their hand-selected single barrel bourbons to finish, until it passes their strict tasting guidelines. The result is a flavorful marriage of their cask strength bourbon and sweet honey blended to perfection.

Nose: Aromas of honey glazed pastry, caramel, orange, and cinnamon

Palate: Tastes of the nose with added notes of honey, cashew. vanilla, and baking spices.

Finish: The finish is long, pleasant, and balanced.
