The nose is balanced and aromatic with savory vegetal notes intermingled with sweet molasses like sorghum flavors. The palate is equally balanced with sweeter flavors sitting just ahead of vegetal flavors. The finish is soft and easy with peppercorn and clove winning in the end. A light-aroma style Baiju rested for 8 years.
