Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey

The Redwood Empire Bourbon Whiskey is produced by the Graton Distilling Company in Sonoma County. Named for the 14th tallest tree on the planet, Pipe Dream is their first Bourbon whiskey. Pipe Dream Bourbon is made from a high corn mash-bill and blended from barrels aged between four and twelve years. Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey.

Nose: Powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey.

Palate: Rich, deep and complex with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes.

Finish: Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish.

Distillery Information

Redwood Empire's state-of-the-art distillery was built from the ground up on the site of a former apple processing plant in rustic west Sonoma County. At the centerpiece is an innovative, continuous micro-column still custom-built per their specifications.
