Seven Stills 1.21 Gigawatts Whiskey is a limited edition whiskey made from a blend of two-row barley, rye malt, and wheat. The whiskey has been aged for two years in new American oak barrels before being finished in used bourbon barrels for an additional eight months. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, dried fruits, and spices. The palate is smooth with notes of oak, vanilla, and baking spices. The finish is long and warming with a hint of smoke. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
