Smokehouse Rock & Rye | 500ML

Bordeaux Distilling Co. has brought us this intriguing liqueur! Smokehouse Rock & Rye is made with a combination of rye distillate, to which American oak chips and spices (namely black cardamom and anise) are added, as well as rock candy sugar, burnt lemon peel, and fennel seeds. It's a sweet, spicy, herbaceous affair, but at a generous 41.5% ABV it'll certainly hold its own in takes on classic cocktails – we're thinking about making a twist on a Sazerac.

The Bordeaux Distilling Company is an urban distillery located on the shores of the river Garonne in the northern district of Bacalan. All our products are carefully designed, crafted, and bottled on-site in small batches with passion and without dogmatism.
