The resulting aromatic profile of Hedonis is a bountiful and deeply complex expression with hints of dried red fruits, anise and sweet spices, notes of almond, vanilla and tobacco resulting from aging in wood. There is a profound structure on the palate along with a velvety and juicy attack, finishing with soft and sweet tannins.

        The Stemmari line is composed by intense, elegant wines, a pure expression of the Sicilian terroir. The word Stemmari evokes strength, elegance and establishes a sense of nobility, tradition and territory. The brand Stemmari is based on the phonetic root “Stemma” (meaning coat of arms) and refers to the coat of arms that still exists on the main entrance of the winery in Acate di Ragusa, a 17th Century building that was used as a summer residence of local nobility.
