Timber Creek Distilling Florida Bourbon Whiskey

Florida Whiskey is a Wheated Bourbon. The flavor profile is sweet and smooth. 100% Corn Bourbon Whiskey base and blend in a touch of 100% Wheat Whiskey to balance the sweetness of the Corn. The mash bill is roughly 80% corn and because of that this is our sweetest whiskey.

Timber Creek Distilling Florida Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Aroma is spicy, think cinnamon, and oak.

Palate: The taste is both sweet and spicy. You get some oak flavor in there as well but beware that the tannins might be a bit strong on the back of the tongue.

Finish: The finish is not as nice as the original taste.

The Timber Creek Distillery is located on a family farm just north of Destin, Florida. Our vision is to take the best local fruits and grains from the Florida Panhandle and turn them into the finest Craft Spirits.

Timber Creek Distilling was formed by Camden Ford and Aaron Barnes, neighbors and friends here in Destin, Florida. Cam and Aaron share the same vision, to take advantage of the best local fruits and grains here in Northwest Florida to make some great local spirits.
