Norfolk's WhataHoot distillery celebrates the barn owl, known locally as a hushwing with this zesty, herbaceous gin. This expression was distilled with Norfolk samphire, sweet citrus and pink peppercorn.

Nose: Impressive and charming nose.

Palate: Sweet notes of orange and clementine cushion fragrant peppery warmth, with crisp juniper, and delicate, savoury herbs nestling beneath.

"Boasting 2,200 square feet over two floors, the distillery is not just home to the still, where the magic of WhataHoot is created, bottled, packed and shipped. The building also houses our bespoke Distillery School & Spirit Lounge where visitors can experiment and make their own gins, as well as exclusive spaces, perfect for events of any kind, including meetings, corporate away days, stag and hen do’s, drinks receptions and private dining."
