Produced by Flor de Luna, Mexico's first female-powered distillery, this liqueur is crafted from Espadín agave sourced from Santiago Mazatlán, Oaxaca. The production process involves infusing the mezcal with the seven botanicals for seven days, followed by resting and filtering phases, ensuring a balanced and aromatic profile.

Flor de Luna was founded in 2015 by Hillhamn Salome in Mexico City, aiming to create a platform for women in the spirits industry. The name "Xila," meaning "woman" in the Zapotec language, reflects the brand's commitment to female empowerment.
