Produced from soil made up of brown limestone and clay, Nuits-Saint-Georges reds generally have an intense, dark color. Powerful, complex, and well balanced, their aromas combine cherry, blackcurrant, truffle, and often spices. In the mouth, they show vinosity, sap, structure and velvet at the same time. Particularly robust, but all in roundness, they are cut for a long cellar.
