Doisy Vedrines Half 2007 presents a golden hue, characterized by its rich, viscous texture. On the nose, aromas of dried apricot, honey, and a touch of citrus zest emerge, underpinned by hints of floral notes.

The original property, founded in 1704 was divided into three parts in 1851. Of the three estates, with its 27 hectares of planted vines, it's the largest of the Doisy estates. The property takes its name from one of its early owners, the Vedrines family, who sold the vineyard just prior to the 1855 Classification.
