This special release single cask whisky from the famous Akashi White Oak distillery was aged in an ex-sake cask for 3 years, bringing sweet apples, gentle aromas of yeast and sweet pears to the smooth, fruity and lightly smoky spirit. It’s a fantastic expression that was released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Sakaya Bic, a famous alcoholic drinks store in Japan. Limited in numbers and absolutely delicious – this one has everything you want from a top quality Japanese whisky.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
