The wine offers up a bouquet of plums, acacia honey and elderberry flower. Intense and full bodied on the palate with nutty almond character together with notes of pear, white peaches and toasted bread.

Producer Information

Champagne Albert Levasseur is a producer located in Champagne-Ardenne, France. Levasseur began working at his family vineyards around Cuchery in the Vallée de la Marne in 1992 and officially took over the estate in 2003. He currently farms 4.2 hectares spread out over 18 parcels. He brings a contemporary artist’s sensibility to a traditional craft, and the resulting Champagnes nicely bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, marked by a personal touch. After many years of sustainable certification through Terra Vitis and HVE, Levasseur began the official conversation to certified organic farming in 2020.
