Bayab gins are distilled from locally grown sugar cane, Maceration is made from African plants: juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, coarse salt, lemon peel, baobab and orange. It is then mixed with the purest water of the KwaZulu- Natal Midlands.
