Carpathian distil, age, and bottle whisky in the Scottish tradition at the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery near the mountain range that gives the brand its name. For the Pinot Noir Exclusive Cask, Carpathian Single Malt was matured in European oak red wine casks sourced from its winery.

Nose: High intensity, white pepper, oak spice, honey, raisin, candy.

Palate: Honey, raisin, red grape, raspberry, nutty.

Finish: Sweet & round, oily long and complex.
