This rum is produced in the South American state Guyana, which is known for its Demerara Rum. Manufactured by the Diamond Distillers. The Diamond distillery has joined together all the old artisanal stills of the area and continues to combine the traditional techniques of distillation with modern technologies in order to produce worldwide famous rums.

Nose: First nose on varnish, adhesive then dry grapes, walnut and spices (black pepper, nutmeg, cumin).

Palate: The mouth is precise and well balanced on the gingerbread and liquorice.

Finish: Long and aromatic aftertaste on toasted/spiced notes.
