Old Grove Gin is made in honor of the Torey Pine of California, which they feel is reminiscent of juniper. It uses additions of rose and coriander as well as the signature juniper. The Barrel rested expression is given some time to age in American oak, giving the gin a light color and flavor reminiscent of whiskey.
