Dela Motta Acholado Pisco is a classic Chilean pisco, made from 100% pure grape must. Its full-bodied flavor is reminiscent of the sweet grape must that is distilled into this pisco. Dela Motta Acholado Pisco is made from Muscat grapes, which are sourced from the Limari Valley in the northern coastal region of Chile. It is produced by Dela Motta Pisco, which is owned by the Dela Motta family. The Dela Motta family has been producing pisco for more than four generations. Dela Motta Acholado Pisco is an artisanal pisco, which is produced in small batches and distilled in copper pot stills. This pisco is distilled in the traditional way, which means that it is distilled with natural ingredients and is never filtered or adulterated. It is aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels, giving it a complex flavor and aroma.

Nose: Vibrantly fruity and floral stone fruit and lilac aromas.
Palate: A silky, supple entry leads to a robust, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body of perfumed plum, muscat grape, sea salt, and raw honey flavors with a long, peppery and spicy hot fade.
Finish: Lingering.
