Ellers Farm Distillery is in North Yorkshire. It blends tradition with innovation to make spirits that reflect the area's character. The distillery produces a range of spirits with unique seasonal blends. They make only 500 bottles per batch, ensuring high quality and precision. Their Cherry Liqueur has sweet and sour cherry flavours. It reminds you of Black Forest Gateau and Cherry Bakewell Tart. The Elderberry & Elderflower Liqueur combines lychee, honey, and green apple notes. It has a floral aroma and the tartness of elderberries. The Pineapple & Grapefruit Liqueur is a tropical mix. It blends sweet pineapple with the bitterness of pink grapefruit. Their Espresso Liqueur is rich with almond and dark roast coffee aromas. It also has sweet hints of honey, blackberries, and chocolate. Y Gin is a London Dry Gin with varied flavours. It starts with juniper and cardamom, adds Yorkshire rhubarb tartness, and ends with ginger warmth. Their Sloe Gin is part of the Y-Gin range. It is made by soaking sloe berries for six months. This gin has flavours of juniper, cardamom, ginger, plums, and raisins. Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka shows their innovative approach. Made from orchard apples, it is clear and crisp. The distillery design reflects the old Dutch barn that was there. Apple-growing is a key part of their process.
