Nose: Crisp rye spice and dried fruit open with fresh mint, wild honey, dark cocoa, soft oak, and hints of clove and fig.

Palate: Sweet and layered, with cinnamon and clove over dark chocolate, toffee, dried fruit, and bright citrus zest, followed by a gentle herbal rye character.

Finish: Medium and graceful, with lingering herbal notes, gentle sweetness, warm rye spice, citrus, and soft oak.
