"On the nose is a whirlwind of complexity. You get more oak, rye, wheat, & husked corn with brown sugar toffee & pepper being a little more difficult to detect. I love what the palate has to offer. It's oakey, watery, buttery, nutty almond possibly walnut. The watery buttery palate sets things perfectly for the finish. This has a warm, dry, & delicate smoothness that lingers. The dryness leaves you wanting to go back for more with it's watery palate. It leaves you with a feeling of warmth that lingers that is simply pleasant & never overstays its welcome. Share this around the campfire with your friends & family because this is delightfully good. It'll have you all asking for another glass before the night's through."
