Gracias a Dios Espadin Mezcal Tasting Notes

Nose: Various spices with less prominent smoky aromas.

Palate: Spice, smoke, sweet fruits, and a hint of citrus.

Finish: Dry, with a spicy kick to round things off.

Distillery Information

Gracias a Dios Mezcal is a business born from admiration. In 2010 we began a mezcalería in Querétaro, México; where we sold mezcal from different maestros mezcaleros and multiple regions from Oaxaca. After two years of touring the Oaxacan region, we met Oscar Hernández, with whom we tasted – according to us – the best mezcal of the area. Without further thought, we decided to make a brand and partner with Oscar. Since then, we’ve been six years in this amazing journey.
