Nose: Orange peel, baking spices, dried fruit, milk chocolate, and sweet cereal.

Palate: Apple pie, mandarin, raisin, vanilla and spiced nuts.

Finish: Long, sweet, and delicately spiced.

"Hoxton Distillery's story is about capturing East London's creative spirit, founded by mixologist Gerry Calabrese (son of cocktail legend Salvatore Calabrese) to create vibrant, flavor-forward spirits for a modern audience. Inspired by the artistic energy of areas like Shoreditch, Hoxton uses natural infusions and a 150-year-old copper still to produce gins, rums, and whiskies that simplify mixology with bold, characterful tastes, aiming to challenge tradition and encourage individuality in drinking."
