James Bay Distillers Berry & Ube Flavored Gin

Distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root and other select botanicals, then infused with berries and allowed to steep in our high proof gin. Ube is added later in the infusion. Berry fruits and ube are filtered from the solution at 25 microns. This tasty gin is a pleasure to the eye as well, with its vivid and exotic amethyst color. Intended to be a “sipping gin” over ice this makes a fantastic martini, or gin smash using a blueberry jam and soda Cheers!
