Metl Blanco Tequila

Metl Tequilas are made in the "village" of Amatitan in Jalisco, Mexico using estate-grown agave plants harvested in the region they regard as the birthplace of tequila.The name is from the Aztec word for the agave plant. According to Tequila.net, the label underwent an ownership and producer change (along with the label) in 2011.

Metl Blanco Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Clean, delicate, balanced, smooth. Soft, sweet, floral, fruit, agave.

Palate: On the palate, this is dry with a warming sensation and flavors of sweet fruit, cedar, pepper and smoke.

Finish: The finish is long, herbal with a hint of lingering, delectable agave syrup sweetness at the end. Smooth and mellow.
