Metl Reposado Tequila

Metl Tequilas are made in the "village" of Amatitan in Jalisco, Mexico using estate-grown agave plants harvested in the region they regard as the birthplace of tequila. The name is from the Aztec word for the agave plant. According to Tequila.net, the label underwent an ownership and producer change (along with the label) in 2011.

Metl Reposado Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruity, medium oak, with light notes of cooked agave.

Palate: Sweet, fruity, citrus.

Finish: Long, medium oak and vanilla.
