Nose: Heaps of fresh peach, floral notes of lychee, a touch of chalky flint, and honeyed sourdough are backed by flaky sultana pastries, a touch of banana, and oily, waxy malt.

Palate: More of that sweet peach and stone fruit character, with candied pineapple and milk bottle sweeties in tow. Silky layers of vanilla cream cushion a sprinkle of savoury spice.

Finish: Vanilla shortbread, candle wax, a touch of tangy citrus, and pepper.
