Principe De Los Apostoles Mate Gin is named for the Argentinian Jesuit mission-turned-town Apostoles and the main Argentinian ingredient Yerba Mate. This makes it not only one of the few gins sourced from Argentina but also one of the few to use the particular botanical from the holly tree making a tea-like drink called mate.

Principe De Los Apostoles Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: Dry yet fruity with a medium-to-full body.

Palate: Herbaceous and earthy with notes of eucalyptus and peppermint, anise seed and white pepper.

Finish: Eucalyptus and pink grapefruit finish.
