Nose: The nose offers rich notes of leather, oak, dark chocolate, mocha coffee, and a tinge of back tea leaves laced with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon spice, delicate floral lilac, and warm caramel.

Palate: This fine champagne cognac has an intense and full-bodied palate that reveals notes of black tea tannins, tobacco leaves, warming spice, and a dash of creamy vanilla towards the end.

Finish: The Remy Martin Carte Blanche Cognac Limited Edition boasts of an elegantly long and warm finish that leaves a delicate floral and slightly spiced aftertaste on the lips.

Distillery Information

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne area in Touzac, our master distiller transforms the wine into eau-de-vie. Our House chooses to distill “on the lies”. This process, subtle and delicate, allows us to obtain round, generous and opulent eaux-de-vie with a long ageing potential. This step of the cognac production requires an exceptional knowledge that has our master distiller who controls the process by nose and intuition.
