Palate: Sweet, banana, honey, yellow fruit. Wood spices, peppery. Delicately mineral. Vanilla. Fruitier with water. Now also with fruit acid. Very nice.

Finish: Cinnamon, delicately woody, bitter - sweet, peppery. Powerful.
