Casa Maestri fue fundada por Michael y Cecelia Maestri quienes se mudaron de Houston, Texas a Jalisco, México para fundar Destiladora del Valle de Tequila. El agave se selecciona por su alto contenido de azúcar y se hornea en hornos de piedra tradicionales en un esfuerzo por elaborar un tequila auténtico y de alta calidad. Utilizan un método de destilación en alambique en lotes pequeños.

Nariz: Ligero aroma a agave dulce cocido, vainilla y un toque de fruta ligera.

Boca: El sabor inicial es de agave cocido y vainilla. Una combinación de agave puro, roble, vainilla y especias con un final medio-largo donde el roble y el chocolate son los más destacados.

Final: Un final largo y agradable que calma los sentidos.
