Este es su "nivel de entrada", pero la calidad es tan increíble como su mejor oferta. Este es el segundo lanzamiento de El Silencio luego de su embotellado Joven ensemble. Está pensado más bien como un embotellado introductorio y tiene un precio acorde. Elaborado 100% con espadín, este es destilado en San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca y elaborado por el Maestro Mescalier Pedro Hernández. Se produce tradicionalmente con agaves asados en un hoyo revestido de mezquite y los agaves son triturados por una tahona tirada por caballos. Se permite la fermentación natural y el mezcal se destila dos veces en alambiques de cobre.
Notas de Cata de Mezcal El Silencio Espadín
Nariz: Definitivamente hay un poco de moho en este mezcal con algunas notas terrosas de arcilla, humo moderado y hierbas verdes frescas. También hay un tinte metálico flotando.
Boca: En boca es muy parecido al aroma, sin fruta discernible y poco dulzor. Si le temes al funk, es mejor usar este mezcal en cócteles en lugar de beberlo, pero si eso es algo que puedes aceptar, por supuesto, bébelo.
Final: Final refrescante y suave.
