Gozenshu Underdog 50 Hamazake Nama es un sake junmai namazake elaborado por la cervecería Gozenshu en la prefectura de Hyogo. Tiene un color amarillo pálido y un perfil afrutado y refrescante, que incluye notas de pera, piel de manzana, sandía, ciruela y pomelo.

Información de la destilería
La cervecería Gozenshu (Tsuji Honten Co., Ltd.) fue fundada en 1804 en Katsuyama, Okayama por Yahei Tsuji, originalmente un mercero que se aventuró en el negocio cervecero. El sake de Gozenshu se vendió inicialmente bajo la marca “Man Etsu” (萬悦), sin embargo, más tarde se cambió al nombre actual después de que el sake fuera entregado al Señor Miura, el gobernante de la localidad a mediados y finales del período Edo (siglo XVIII- Siglo 19.)
